Creepy dirty scam
1/5 Worst experience Owner didn’t have the house ready and recommended that we stay in our cars for the night, 2 of his cars in the driveway no where to park house dirty, sinks toilet broke, roaches, no code to get in left us a key from house cleaning lady and came in the house when we wasn’t at the house

Unfortunately, due to a miscommunication, we were unaware of your arrival date, as the notification went directly to our cleaning partner instead of us. This led to the property not being prepared ahead of your check-in. We understand how frustrating this must have been and sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience. When we were notified that you had arrived, we did our best to get the home ready as quickly as possible, which included asking for a brief delay so our cleaning partner could finish preparing the space.
We truly regret that this caused you to arrive while the cleaning was still in progress. To clarify, at no point did we suggest you sleep in your car, and we’re sorry that anything we said may have been misinterpreted that way. Thank you again for your feedback; it’s important to us, and we’re taking steps to ensure this type of situation does not happen again."
