This property has so much more potential to provide a better experience for future guest just a few things that I noticed about the property:
1. It was hard to check in didn't receive the email with the code I had to request the code.
2. Trash in garage was full upon arrival.
3. Toilet seat in kitchen bathroom was broken.
4. Couldn't get any of the TVs to work 3 of them wouldn't even turn on.
5. Recliner chair kept reclining when I didn't want it to.
6. I couldn't find the iron.
7. Toiletries & cleaning supplies were low.

We appreciate your patience with the TVs. We have removed the non-working TV and confirmed that the other two are functional smart TVs. We will also leave clearer instructions for their use to avoid any confusion.

Property has potential, but has not been maintained.
The property is managed by the cleaning crew and was not able to address issues when they arose.
Upon entering the property, a loud whistling sound was coming from upstairs. Upon investigation, I found the air conditioning filters completely clogged and disformed. They had a date of installation on them, which was 9/21/2018 and my trip was October of 2024. So, they were 6 years old!
The air conditioning units are incredibly old and making so much noise when running, they disturb anyone sleeping in the back bedroom.
I contacted the management/cleaning company to report this issue and that the downstairs television was not working. I shared that I had a family member with me who was receiving treatment at MD Anderson and it was important to me to get this loud and nasty issue taken care of. She indicated that she would reach out to the owner, but never responded or checked back.
I ended up going and purchasing air filters and changing them. Downstairs television does not work. No help when that was reported either.
Property could be great if properly managed and maintained. Loved the area and ample space.

Hi Brian, thank you for your feedback. We take all concerns seriously and, after sharing your comments with the homeowner, they’d like to offer the following:
- We're sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with the A/C. Our guest contact did respond to your texts on the evening of October 7th, offering to change the filters the next day. However, we understand you preferred to handle it yourself and ordered replacement filters. Moving forward, we’ve added regular A/C filter changes to our maintenance checklist to prevent this from happening again.
- It's important to note that we haven’t had previous reports of noise or issues with the A/C from past guests, but we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can monitor it.
- Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any communication from you during your stay regarding the downstairs TV not working, but we would've been happy to assist had you let us know. All TVs are functioning, but the downstairs TV requires turning on both the TV and the smart stick. We’ll provide clearer instructions with the remotes to avoid this recurring.
