Absolutely horrible!
1/5 Don't know where to begin here. The bed in the master bedroom was horrible. It was like laying on the floor. Its also not a true king size bed. Its 2 twin mattresses pushed together with a gap in the middle. The toilet in the master bath either had blood or feces on the side of it. The pool needed to be cleaned. After seeing another review mentioning the pool was dirty, it was expected. Neither bathroom had soap to wash your hands with in the soap containers. After contacting VRBO, we were told to inspect everything and provide pictures. A random pill, a sharp used straight razor, used chewing gum, used tooth brush, smoking paraphernalia and various other trash was found across multiple rooms. Both VRBO and EVOLVE stated they tried to reach out to the home owner but could not get them to respond. After providing pictures and taking a video of us leaving and locking up, VRBO and the EVOLVE Team thankfully refunded our entire bill.

nice but has damage
4/5 the property was overall nice but when we arrived there was broken glass outside in the pool area the pool was not as clean as it could have been and there were holes in the walls

2/5 The dishes was dirty in the pantry and dishwasher did not work the microwave don’t work only 2 aisles on stove work has a lot of bugs the pool was dirty asf we had clean pool ourselves and we paid more money for pool the shower only had hot water and was buring us up the washer machine does not work the bed sheets was dirty had old moldy hot dog in the oven the gate does not closed
