Not clean
2/5 The cleanliness of the property could have been better. The carpet to the upstairs hadn't been vacuumed and the bathroom upstairs wasn't clean. There was pee on the bottom rim of the toilet. The master bedroom hadn't been vacuumed. When I dropped my lipstick under the bed it was clear it hadn't been cleaned.

Please know that the property is professionally cleaned before and after each booking. However, when there is time between guest stays, dust can sometimes settle, particularly on hardwood floors and underneath furniture, such as the master bed.
That said, the specific issues you mentioned regarding the upstairs carpet, bathroom, and overall cleanliness are not reflective of the standards we strive to maintain. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and I will be following up with our cleaning team to ensure these areas are thoroughly addressed moving forward.
