Great spacious place in good location
5/5 Very much enjoyed our time. Nice and spacious in a good location to local eateries and Toyota Stadium for concert we attended. Walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Unsatisfactory
2/5 The reason I gave a low rating is because when I first arrived the communication was awesome! The heat was not turned on and took 48hrs to warm the second floor and main floor…not to mention there is a basement with two bedrooms that was cool the entire stay! The basement was always cold/ unsatisfactory. They told me they were gonna send a technician and NEVER did… the second floor television did not work. The water pressure was low/ the furniture torn with wood or something sticking out the back and the basement sink had some sort of mold or discoloration. I communicated these things and the young lady stop responding. I was disappointed because my expectations were high before they left me high and dry. They still have not responded to my text
They received a 1star just because the pictures did look like the house! I truly would have gave them a 0 for lack of communication and finding a solution to the problem

Weekend stay
5/5 The apartment is very spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. We walked to Minute Maid Stadium. It’s about a 15-20min walk. Very convenient location.
Astros game weekend
5/5 Very spacious and clean. The view of the city is very nice and not far from bars and restaurants. Easy access to Minute Maid Stadium (5 minute walk). Very close to I love Houston sign. It waa definitely in a great location. The property owners did have little extras that made the stay even more enjoyable like extra paper plates, coffee, plastic baggies, and toilet paper, this made it family friendly. If you forgot something, CVS is across the street so you don't have to drive far. I would rent this place again for sure.
