Overall very unsatisfied
1/5 The host was very unprofessional, I was there exactly at 3pm to check in and the host wanted me to wait until 4pm which interrupted my meeting. The house was filthy it was someone else clothes left under the bed, trash under the bed, dirty linen, and he did not come to remove the clothes that was left, ants were all over the floor in the living room and floors. If I could upload photos I would. I am requesting my deposit back

-After speaking with our onsite team we are fully aware of the issue with the check-in mishap and have taken the appropriate steps to make sure that does not happen again. We sincerely apologize for the home not being guest-ready before check-in. We always try to accommodate our guests and allowed for a late check-out and were more than happy to adjust. We'll collaborate with our cleaning team about the cleanliness concerns
-We apologize for the pests that you experience. We have ongoing pest control that manages and protects the home from these issues. We have a pest control company to come back to re-treat and ensure that this wouldn't be an issue for future guests
We have had such positive reviews in the past. We work very hard to ensure all guests arrive at a 5-star experience at our vacation home and we're confident that we will continue to do so moving forward!
