PARKING SUCKS
3/5 It is in a bad neighborhood and the parking is horrendous. We were not allowed in the garage which made it more difficult. The Unit is beautiful but it looks like there have been some messy parties their. burn stains and spills all over the carpet. We love the unit but would probably not stay there again due to the parking and the shady neighborhood

Stains
4/5 The property was nice only problem I ran into was in the master bedroom there were a few makeup stains on the pillows which caused us to have to go buy our own. Other than that, book the property.

Nice Spot - Some Issues
3/5 We had a three night stay at this property. It is spacious and is in a good location but there were a few issues:
There was a decent amount of property damage (hanging lights, leaking ceilings, broken chairs) which was surprising for such a new property.
The driveway is impossible to navigate in a sedan. We had to park on the street.
There was really the bare minimum in terms of towels/toilet paper etc.
The cleaning staff should be more through. We found food in the fridge, fake eyelashes in the bathroom drawers etc. Nothing truly horrible but again, surprising given the nature of the property.

5/5 Great townhome! Very nice! Pictures looks just like the home. Great location. Direct contact with the property manager. Just a FYI there are three flights of stairs a room on each floor.
