Pleasurable stay
4/5 I stayed for 3 days with 2 colleagues for the PPIM exhibition, the location is convenient for the George R. Brown Convention Centre.

Do not recommend
2/5 Property is NOT well maintained at all. Pictures are very misleading. Overall very dingy, mediocre clean, poor towels and linens, holes and scuffed up walls everywhere. Upstairs bathroom - the toilet didn’t flush and no water pressure. Not a good part of downtown Houston, extremely close to large homeless population. I should have just cancelled once I got there and I regret not doing so. The only decent part was there was a lot of space And the living room/kitchen area was good for hanging out together.
