• Perfect place to stay!

  We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It looked exactly as described/matched what we saw in the photos and was one of the cleanest rental properties I’ve ever visited. The property manager was communicative and it was incredibly easy to check in. One thing to note - which is visible in the pictures - there are lots of stairs both outside and inside the house. We all had really heavy suitcases, and it was a process getting them in the house and then into our rooms. It’s also on the main road, so the street was a little noisy (there was a 3am cvs delivery one night lol) but by day 2, it became background noise. A few things I’d recommend to the property manager - it would be nice to have a full length mirror somewhere in the house, a desk in the basement bedroom, and irons and ironing boards in the loft and basement (the ironing board was in the basement, and the iron was in the loft). Other than that, it was a perfect, 10/10 stay. I would recommend this property to others!

  Location was great, main level was spacious, very nice property, the property manager was also good about responding to any questions. We did not have any issues with this property. Would definitely stay there again.

  My family and I enjoyed our stay. The property manager was fantastic. There was a minor issue when we arrived and he took care of it immediately. The place was very clean. And location to downtown and sporting events are within walking distance. We even found a Yoga studio within walking distance.There is a CVS across the street which was helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

  We had a great stay at this condo! The location is absolutely perfect—we were able to walk to the Astros stadium, plenty of restaurants, CVS, the convention center, and even the metro.

  The condo itself was very spacious, and we really appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom—such a nice touch when traveling with a group.

  If you're planning to cook a lot, just be aware that the kitchen, while large, is pretty minimally stocked. There were only six forks, and the pots and pans had seen better days. Luckily, we had planned to eat out for most meals, and Houston has amazing food. We highly recommend District 7 Pizzeria—the crust was incredible! We also had a fantastic Italian dinner at Birraporetti's (a short drive away).

  The property is located on a busy street, so traffic noise is noticeable. The quietest room was the one just inside from the garage. Out back, the condo faces a parking lot, which wasn’t a problem at all. In fact, on Saturday night, we pulled chairs onto the balcony and enjoyed watching the crowds come and go after the Astros and soccer games—it was actually fun!

  Having a garage was a huge plus. We got a free upgrade to a Jeep Wagoneer, which was a tight squeeze—especially with another car in there—but once our in-laws left, space wasn’t an issue.

  We had complete control of the temperature in the condo which was so nice. We like to keep the place warmer during the day but cooler at night. We could adjust the thermostat accordingly.

  Chris, the house manager, was great—quick to respond and helpful. We didn’t have any problems during our stay.

  There were just a few minor things we missed, like nightstands, a TV in the downstairs bedroom, and a fully stocked kitchen. Some extra chairs on the balcony or front lawn would’ve been nice, but definitely not deal-breakers.

  We’d absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Houston!
