Great location for Convention Center
5/5 This turned out to be a great visit during our show at the Houston Convention Center. Easy walk to the show. Great restaurants within walking distance as well. We would use this property, again, if we had to return to the Houston downtown area

5/5 Property was lovely, some concern over locks having issues. Property manager was very attentive to help us feel secure. Great location to where we needed to go. Lots of restaurants near. The one bedroom had a door into the garage which was unexpected but not an issue.

Houston Towne home Stay
4/5 Overall, this property served it's purpose which was a visit to see our daughter who attends University of Houston. Some suggestions would be: Have another piece of furniture in the bedrooms so there is a place to set luggage so it isn't on the floor as there isn't a dresser either. We also would suggest having chairs and a small table for the balcony as the view is great but there isn't a place to sit and enjoy it unless you bring out chairs from inside. Finally, it would be really helpful to have some suggested restaurants in the area that you can safely walk to as we are from out of state and would have no idea if the area is safe. I had emailed to ask but did not hear back about that. Thank you for the opportunity to share our feedback!
