3/5 When we arrived, there was an awful smell in the kitchen. It seems they have had a long standing water leak or some kind of sewage problem. It smelled that way the whole weekend and never really aired out. One of the bathrooms had trash on the floor and hair on the shower glass and floor that we cleaned up. The listing says two full bathrooms. One of them is tiny with a small tub and shower sprayer. The sprayer does not attach to the wall. It is a hand held sprayer. So yes, it will due in a pinch but not very convenient. The location was fantastic and the house had some nice little touches - noise machines in the room, charging strip by the beds for phones and other devices. It was a cute little house, it just needed a little more attention.

- We addressed a leak under the kitchen sink earlier in the week and used charcoal to absorb any remaining odor. At the time of departure, neither we nor our local manager noticed a smell, but we’re heading back to the home to fully take care of it.
- We’re sorry the home wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been when you arrived. We’ve followed up with our cleaning crew to make sure this is taken care of before future guests check in.
- The second bathroom is smaller and does feature a handheld sprayer, which is shown in the listing. We understand this isn’t ideal for everyone, and we’re looking into better solutions to make it more convenient.
- We appreciate you pointing out the details you enjoyed, like the location and in-room touches—it’s important to us that guests feel comfortable and cared for.
