  The house was great and the view was even better. Enjoyed fishing off the boat dock. Easy drive to HEB or Kroger and to the square. Perfect for 12 of us. as far as sleeping goes. Living room was big, but has minimal furniture so there wasn't places for everyone to sit. Also dining tables are really made for only 4 people so eating was awkward for some, as we had to split up in 2 separate rooms while eating, and there still wasn't enough places. It was hard to cook for 12 with the small amount of pots and pans. No mixing bowls and small frying pans. We made due with what was available.

  Overall, we give it an 8 out of 10.

Guest comfort is always a priority, the pictures depict the furniture available, and we wanted to share that the home includes two large sofas, a rocking chair, and a sectional arranged for easy gathering. There are two dining areas that seat up to 10 combined, along with a foldable table in the laundry room and 10 coaching stackable chairs available in the game room and garage for added flexibility. The kitchen is fully stocked with a variety of labeled cookware, including 4 large serving trays, 4 large mixing bowls, and 6 frying pans to make meal prep easier. Our local contact is always happy to assist with locating anything or answering questions during your stay.   It was all great! The firepit was very nice we enjoyed sitting at night by the fire! The house was very clean

• Great family getaway

  This place is awesome! We got a message right before we checked in that one of the AC units wasn’t working. They had it fixed the next day. Tom was upfront during the entire time with estimates on repair time. The communication was excellent! Highly recommend!
