Very nice!
5/5 Nice & private home. Nice neighborhood. Home was clean. Only thing is the front door lock was a little hard to figure out when leaving, but we eventually got it figured out.

Would stay again
5/5 Nice location - Right on a water inlet.
A bit of a gap between parking and front door which wouldn’t usually be an issue, but we had one special needs adult in a wheelchair. Was still doable with other adults to help get her up the few stairs. She LOVED the swings in the backyard, so that was an unexpected PLUS for our visit!
Be careful at the gate after hours…. We lost our ID at one point and ended up with two other people’s IDs. Got it all resolved, but quite the mess…. So check your ID is truly yours before driving away!

Decent house
4/5 House was clean. Just had a few minor issues that were not bad enough to address with the property manager. The dryer does not dry. The bedroom doors do not latch and there are no wash cloths. We did purchase 2 packs to leave for the next guest. Not a bad house, just has the bare minimums on supplies in the kitchen. Great location and right on the water.
