- US Hwy 377 South towards Granbury
- Slight right to SH-144 Granbury/Glen Rose
- Make left at traffic light onto S Morgan Street (SH-144)
- Turn left onto Rock Harbor Dr
- At the intersection of Rock Harbor Drive and Rockwood Dr stay to the left.
- Continue along Rock Harbor Drive
- At the intersection of Rock Harbor Drive, Skyline Dr and Rock Harbor Court, make a sharp left onto Rock Harbor Court.
- Continue on Rock Harbor Court until you arrive at 721 Rock Harbor Court on the right, just before the culdesac

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 74068 (checkmark for enter)
- This property runs on a septic system, thus it is critical no items (feminine products, floss, food, etc) other than toilet paper be flushed down the toilet
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- If the remote to gate for boat dock is lost it will be a $100 post-stay fee
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
