Great House. Great Location. Very Minor Concern.
5/5 We stayed at this home to celebrate my parents’ 60th wedding anniversary, and overall, it was a beautiful and memorable experience. The house hosted five adult couples—including two elderly couples—in the five bedrooms, and we were impressed by the overall quality of the accommodations. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-appointed, and the neighborhood was quiet, clean, and conveniently located just minutes from downtown Granbury, restaurants, and shopping.
One thing to note for future guests: there are three bedrooms on the first floor, which is ideal for guests who can’t do stairs—but there’s only one small bathroom on that level. While it didn’t ruin our stay, it did create some privacy and scheduling challenges for our group, especially for the elderly guests. This was not mentioned in the listing at the time we booked, and we would recommend that future renters be made aware of that setup, as there’s no easy remedy once you arrive.
That said, the views from the house are absolutely stunning—morning, day, and evening—and this home offers a warm, relaxing setting to enjoy time with loved ones. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated that prior concerns mentioned in earlier reviews had been addressed before our arrival.

4/5 Great for family! well appointed for family, all the kitchen set up with all the tools you need, very close to a quick stop for something you might have missed. Dock is very relaxing in the evening watching the sunset.
