- From the Dallas/Fort Worth area: from I-20 take 377 South into Granbury. Then take 377 Business into the town square, from there take a right on N Houston St /Highway 51 to head north.  About a 1/2 mile from there, cross over the train tracks to take a left to head north on Highway 4 (Lipan Highway),  turn right onto Sunrise Bay ct and stay to the right to arrive at 2204 Sunrise Bay Ct

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- To unlock the door, press the Yale button, enter code, press check mark
- To lock the door, press the Yale button one time
- Please inform Angie of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash to the bins at the end of the driveway, by the street. If you have more trash than the bins will hold, we kindly ask you to dispose of it yourself. Trash comes on Thursdays only and if there are bags left on the ground, critters will get into them and spread trash all over the place
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens only from the slept-in beds 
- Leave beds that weren't slept in as is
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile in the laundry area, and begin a load of laundry (whites)
- Empty the coffee pot from the coffee grounds
- Cover the grill
- If any outdoor cushions were used, please place them in the outdoor storage containers
- If the outdoor furniture was moved, please return it to its original location
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

- There are no known stumps around the dock area
