Georgetown Home
4/5 Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and convenient to downtown area, the house was well maintained and we greatly appreciated the handicap accessible aspects of the property. Since we stayed at the property for almost two weeks, it would have been better if the kitchen was stocked better with more silverware and other accessories. Our biggest complaint was the floors were not clean. They had the appearance of clean but when you walked around in your white socks, they would be black on the bottom in just a short time. The floors seemed sticky with a soapy residue.
Overall, we really liked and enjoyed the home

5/5 Able to walk to town center and park along the river. Also close enough walk to Southwestern University to visit our son

5/5 It was a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and it was a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown.

Fall Break
5/5 We enjoyed our stay and were very appreciative of the treats and having the yard for our puppy. Thank you for the 309 coffee; it was delicious!
My only disappointment was the lack of communication with Evolve. When I called and/or left a message, no one ever responded.
