CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The parking lot is gated. The code is #3891
- The pedestrian gate code is 324
- The gate codes change periodically. If you encounter any issues using the provided codes, please reach out to the Guest Contact for assistance
- Before your arrival, the homeowner will reach out with a link allowing you to pay the parking fee beforehand. You may also pay the fee on the day of arrival at the front office
- Parking is available for an additional fee paid to The Dawn Condos. The fee is $40 for fewer than 3 nights or $50 for over 3 nights
- The home is accessible via keyless entry near the doorknob. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation, plus the '#' button on the keypad
- To unlock the door, tap the keypad to make it light up, then enter the code. The keypad will make a long beeping sound when the door unlocks
- To lock the door, close it, then press the '#' button on the keypad for 2 seconds. The keypad will make 2 short beeping sounds when the door locks
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Log out of all streaming services
- Return all remotes to the containers near the TVs
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
