Late Christmas family retreat
3/5 The location was great. We were across the street from the gulf and Walmart….win win! The condo was nice. There was plenty of space for the family. Negatives: we found a dead roach between our pillows on the bed in the main bedroom (too bad I cannot include a picture), the water pressure was horrible, the 2 drawers in the fridge are cracked, and the small balcony was cluttered with beach items.

Hi Adam, We appreciate that you thoroughly enjoyed the location and there was plenty of space for your visit.
We have regular appointments and have not had any issues. In our climate, this is something that we have to deal with but we are diligent with pest control.
We recently stayed at the home and did not experience any issues with water pressure. This could have been a community-wide issue and checked with the condominium manager and they have not had any other complaints.
We are not aware of the drawers in the refrigerator being broken but we will check and if necessary will order replacements.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!Excellent Property
5/5 This is a great property to stay in if you are visiting Galveston. The unit is much bigger in person, the owners have taken great care in making it very homey and inviting. It is well equipped with everything you need. We put on a small Thanksgiving Feast and everything we needed to prepare the meal was in the condo as far as pots and pans and dishes.
The beds are comfortable, the view is amazing, it’s in a gated community so it’s safe, the pools are great and the location is awrsome. The owners even have a nice stash of beach chairs and beach toys to bring across the street and enjoy the beautiful beach.
My only disappointment is the grumpy lady that lives downstairs and complains about people walking around. This is at no fault to the owners and does not reflect upon how nice this unit is.
My advice, book the condo!!! You won’t be disappointed!!
When the lady complains, enjoy the rental and
just ignore it.

Labor Day Weekend
5/5 Location to the beach was amazing. The condo was very nice. Too bad it rained most of the time, but we did get several hours of sunshine.
