  The exterior of the property is poorly maintained. Grass not cut - trash cans overflowing - light bulbs busted out on porch. Front door knob was about ready to fall off. Key-less entry did not work. The inside of the house was clean. Bathroom door knob kept falling off. Generally the property management company is not doing the work and taking the money.

  Thanks, Jim, for your review. We want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take property upkeep seriously. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  
  - We weren’t aware of the maintenance issues during your visit and would have appreciated a heads-up so they could resolve things right away.
  - The keyless entry lock has been sticking due to recent weather changes, and we’re actively working on a long-term solution.
  - The trash service and lawn care are both scheduled regularly, so we’re following up with those teams to ensure services are happening as expected.
  - The light bulbs and loose door knobs have now been addressed so future guests won’t encounter the same frustrations.

• It was a house to stay so it did ita job

  The house was clean and an easy walk/drive to the beach. When we got there the door qould not unlock with out code, you could hear it acting like it was unlocking but nothing. When i called the listing person she was great and told me where to find the key which was not easy to get. Once inside we got stuck in a bedroom and bathroom because thw doorknobs didn't work. I washed some towels and when i went to put them in the dryer there was a puddle of water in there and the dryer disnt work. I messaged the liating person and she said she would find someone to come fix it and get back with me but i never heard back. There was not a blanket for the pullout couch, only sheets. The blinds jn the home are basically see through. At night the neighbors behind have a super bright porch light that shines straight into the back bedroom. The water pressure in thw shower was almost non existent. The shower itself was horrible. The shower head just falls down so you either have to hold the shower head or stand up against the wall to be under the water. The listing says sleeps 6 but only has 4 plates so make sure to grab some paper plates
