3/5 Check In and out was super easy- no hassle- the lights in the twin bedroom one light bulb worked, there were clothes left in the drawers and it made the drawers stink, as well as wet rugs in the closet- there was also a pillow in master bedroom closet area that we were gonna use but it was stained up so we decided not too- I did tell them about mildew that was in the twin bedroom on ceiling in bathroom and outside bathroom door as well ..

- The home’s oceanfront location in Galveston can cause high humidity, which is why a dehumidifier is provided.
- New pillows have been added, and guests are asked to keep the dehumidifier running to help prevent moisture build-up.
- The property manager is addressing the noted mildew and ensuring all lighting and linens are in good condition for future guests.
We appreciate your comments as we continue to improve the guest experience.5/5 I feel the place was extremely compatible when what we were looking for. Across from the ocean with a pool for the little kids or the whole family the kitchen Space was amazing. We made a full taco dinner for all seven of us. Plenty of room to sit and eat. I would say it could use a few upgrades, but it was still very comfortable. I would definitely rent again.
