Not as expected
3/5 Beautiful location. House is not well maintained. Property manager could not answer my questions about if there were basic things available at the property. Her response was just bring your own because she didn't know if they would be available.

5/5 Very pleased with property. Clean and well kept. Property management and owners very responsive and helpful! Only one suggestion, more soaps and shampoo!! Not nearly enough for 20 people. Might be more specific about that. Otherwise, we were all very satisfied.

The house is perfect for large groups
5/5 The kitchen is fully stocked. There are plenty of towels and extra blankets. Everything you need to host a large group. We were for mom and 8 teenage boys- The house accommodated us all very well.

5/5 We had a great stay! We had multiple families with teen kids. The large common area was fantastic. Also, the property manager Becca was very communicative and helpful. Our group rented 2 other properties in the neighborhood and this house and working with Becca was by far our best experience out of the 3 houses we rented. Thank you!!
