Great stay

Not worth the price.
1/5 It needs to be updated for the price. Beds not comfortable. It was on the floor with just a frame around it. It was HOT at night. Not a place for younger children or heavyweight/foot since it’s upstairs and even if they walk lightly the ppl on the bottom still hear it. The balcony wasn’t furnished and there wasn’t enough towels nor washcloths to accommodate the number of ppl. Two towels,two wash cloths,& we had four people. Figured it was provided like every other place. Checked out early with no refund but wasn’t worried about the money. Maybe the owner will use it towards the house.

Hi Sarah, we always appreciate hearing from our guests. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: We apologize for any inconvenience during your stay. The bed unfortunately was broken by a previous guest that same day and we had done a quick repair. There were extra towels in the closet in addition to more towels that we bought as well. Since the unit above some residents downstairs, the heavy-footed complaint must've come from them. In the unit, there are two balconies - one overseeing the pool area that has a table with chairs and the other one is located in the bedroom that overlooks the garage. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
