Quiet gated community in Sept.
4/5 Lovely beach get away opportunity. The only downside was the additional parking fees. They were ridiculous. Unit could also use wash clothes added to the included towels, but overall a pleasant place close to the beach, with its own amenities like a pool and fitness room.

Needs work.
2/5 This place has a lot of potential. The area its located in is perfect. About a block away from shoreline. However, it needs a major deep cleaning; the rugs, the sofa and linens. It seemed to me the last ppl to rent it went to the Beach and the owners did not clean after they left. You could feel the sand on the floor and especially on the sofa. The one major rug in the only room was hard from where something was spilled and not cleaned properly.We were in town for a graduation and luckily we did not spend too much time at the condo.
