3/5 The guy at the check-in desk was very rude, started to give me the wrist bands but ran to the pool for over 30 minutes.We were unable to adjust the thermostat and left a few messages with the host, no reply, so it was HOT. The sliding glass door was off track and very difficult to move, so we had limited time on the patio.

We want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we’re sorry to hear some aspects fell short of your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
– Your early check-in request was approved after confirming with housekeeping, and check-in was completed at 2:19 PM. The check-in desk on-site is managed by the HOA, and while no pool-related issues were reported that day, we’ve followed up with them regarding your experience.
– The Google Smart thermostat is functioning properly, and guests are free to adjust the temperature to their comfort. Usage during your stay was higher than usual due to the hot weather, and we’ll be posting clear instructions near the thermostat to make it easier to use. During inspection, the patio door was also found to be in working order, and we haven’t received similar concerns from other guests.
– We wish you had reached out during your stay, as we would've been happy to assist in real-time. We offer two Guest Contacts and always have someone monitoring messages and calls. We didn’t see any outreach in our records.

5/5 The condo was great and the location was fantastic. The only complaint is that the track for the sliding door needs to be cleaned because the door is extremely difficult to open and close. Otherwise it was absolutely fantastic!

5/5 The condo was clean and easy to access. The pool was well maintained. It was an easy walk to the beach!

5/5 - The check in/out was smooth, everything automated, no surprise
- The host was very responsive and accommodating for a late check out
- The place was as described and as expected
- The bathroom and kitchen were well stocked, way better than average
- The sleeping experience was good: comfy mattresses, dark curtains and blinds, no noise
We always choose the dawn for it's clean grounds, easy access to everything.
