• The loft wasn't available

  1.- They gave us the option to check in starting at 10am, and when we arrived, the place was super dirty, including bathrooms, and the beds weren't made. We called the guy and he solved it quickly.

  2.- The main reason we chose this property was for its LOFT, since we needed 4 separate spaces when it was time to sleep, which wasn’t possible :( because our son had to sleep uncomfortably on the tiny tiny sofa in the living room. The lady who cleans the place told us that she wouldn’t go up to make the bed that was up there because the ladder isn’t fixed to the wall, which of course is extremely dangerous for anybody when going up or down. According to the owner, it was nothing to worry about, so we decided not to use it for safety reasons and to prevent an accident, especially in the middle of the night if he wanted to go to the bathroom with the lights off, and exposing our son was NEVER an option. We paid to be all comfortable and each with privacy, and it wasn't met.

  Clearly for the owner, his business is more important than the customer's safety and satisfaction.

  3.- The beds, mattresses, and kitchen utensils in bad condition

  4.- It has access to the beach only walking, so we had to move to another spot to get in with our vehicles, since we brought tents, tables, etc.

  5.- Who designs a house putting the bathroom entrance right in the kitchen?

Although the home was still being prepared when you arrived, our team responded promptly and had it ready by noon. We understand your concerns regarding the loft and sleeping arrangements. • Beautiful Views

  The house was amazing, it had everything you could ever need. The description for the house does not begin to tell you how beautiful the views are from the deck. Very short walk to the beach. The owners are precious. We have stayed in a couple of different homes in this neighborhood and we just love it. This house will be a house we will for sure stay at again.

• Most of things are good except the poor communication with the property owner

  Most things are ok, except the POOR communication with the property owner.1. Very slow or NO response to messages/calls2. For a four-night stay, there is no reason to leave only two trash bags, two pods for dishwasher and washing machine.

  -We’re pleased we could clarify the third digit of the internet password—this has caused occasional confusion for other guests as well, and it's something we’ll remain mindful of moving forward.
  – We appreciate your input regarding the limited number of dishwasher and laundry pods, as well as trash bags. These items are provided as a courtesy at the owner’s discretion. We've asked our cleaning crew to leave additional trash bags, particularly for longer stays.
