Perfect location, the place was so cute and cozy! Very clean and comfortable. Stayed the weekend here for a family beach wedding, really enjoyed sitting on the patio at night enjoying the wonderful breeze and the sound of the ocean. Highly recommended for a mini getaway, definitely will be back!
It was nice comfortable place to stay and not far from water
The kids and I had an awesome time at the beach, we did a little fishing while we were there. The Studio place was great for the short stay.

Unfortunately the water was so nasty and stinky we couldn’t shower in it, wash hands without gagging not to mention brush teeth. We had to go buy lots of water to wash our face and brush our teeth with. The owner send some money for the water but it was miserable when it came to staying with young ones. Only two tiny trash cans in the whole room and couldn’t keep food in the fridge or freezer as someone who stayed before us put their bait or fish in it because it was very strong smelling of fish. Wish we only stayed one night but were stuck for three not worth it! If the fridge was clean and water was working right it would have been great.

Hi Megan, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
- We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered during your stay. Initially we had thought the issue was with our water and the plumbing in the house, and after contracting with three different plumbers and replacing our entire piping system with the home, we later discovered that the issue was not within our home but was an issue with the city water itself. Although this is something completely outside of our control, we're truly sorry this happened during your stay. The city have been doing ongoing maintenance to address and remedy the issue.
- We were surprised to hear your comment about the trash cans. We have a 30 gallon trash can in the kitchen and 1 small one for the living room area, in addition to 1 in each bathroom. We will follow up with our cleaning service and make a replacement if needed.
- Unfortunately, the previous guest had stored bait or something thereof leaving an unfavorable odor, this has since been addressed and resolved. We're truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
The room itself is very cute, 2 beds as shown and a small bathroom, which was fine. And, the location is good, just a very short walk to the beach. We had problems with the electricity. Most of the plugs didn't work, including the TV, so we couldn't plug in our devices to charge or watch TV. We called the local person who told us to try to flip the breaker. The problem is that the breaker box is in another person's unit, and they weren't home. We had to go to the store to buy an extension cord and a multi-plug and rig up the electricity connections. That night when we went to shower, there was no hot water because the water heater's breaker was off. Someone came by around 1 the next day to turn on the electricity. The water in the unit smells terrible. Be sure to bring bottled water. Also, there is a cute semi-kitchen with fridge, microwave, and toaster oven, but there were no utensils or plates, just a few bowls. We were given a partial refund for our trouble, and we appreciated that.
