Nice inside but the outside needs to be cleaned up
3/5 The house was nice, we had a couple of issues though. The shower head was stopped up and barely worked. I had some pliers so I took it off & cleaned it out & it worked better.
The sliding bathroom door to the kitchen area wouldn't close all the way, was gaped open a couple of inches & if you opened it all the way into the wall it was hard to get back open, it was hard to slide when you opened or closed it.
The property had debris ( a trash bag full of building materials) in the back yard, and construction debris/junk under the house. The well house was full of stuff & very messy, couldn't close the door to the well house,and a storage building on the back of the property was open & was a mess. I wouldn't recommend letting kids play unsupervised on the property, we had no kids there so we were ok.
Finding the house was an issue too, GPS took me about 5 miles south of where the house actually is, had to call to get directions.
Other than those minor issues we had a great time :)

2/5 The property left a lot to be desired! There was random junk left around the grounds of the property. The inside of the house just looked thrown together with stuff laying for free on the side of the road! It was a good location with a great view! AC worked well.
