4/5 5/5 Great, safe location, quiet neighborhood and cute house with all of the modern amenities. Morning coffee on the front porch and backyard was on point. It was so nice to come back to the house after shopping all day in the hot Texas weather and relaxing in the pool. There were a couple of things that needed attention. Such as the ceiling fan in the master didn’t work, but there was a pedestal fan for our use. The flooring in the kitchen had a couple of really bad spots that were soft. It felt like you were going to step through the floor: All in all..it was clean, safe , and convenient.

5/5 We had a great stay at the house in Fredericksburg! It was perfect for our girls' trip. The pool was a fantastic way to relax, and we loved spending time on the front porch. Highly recommend!
