Hidden gem close to downtown Fredericksburg!
5/5 From the first contact with the host; they made us feel comfortable and welcomed. We had no issues at all during our stay. The house was very clean and there were towels for the hot tub, plenty of towels for the bathroom too. The kitchen was well stocked for a rental with all kinds of dishes, bowls, pots, pans, etc. There is a Keurig with a full carousel of K-cups to choose from. A filtered water container in the kitchen for everyone to use. I really can’t say enough good things about this place; we will definitely stay again!

Perfect Sister Getaway!
5/5 Our stay at this fabulous VRBO was nothing short of amazing! Marissa, our wonderful hostess, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, leaving us farm-fresh eggs (so delicious!) and a lovely bottle of wine. The house itself had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing weekend—great games, a hot tub, and even an old-school massage chair that we all loved. Everything was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect home base for me and my three sisters, and we will absolutely be back. Highly recommend!

Close to everything
4/5 The homenwas as described. Very clean, bed was an A very comfy and soft. Kitchen fully stocked with a kurieg Back yard was maybe my only disappointment. Clean and all but not anything to remember. I would stay here again.

Great Stay
5/5 Everything is pretty much exactly as listed, my friends and I had the best time! Check in was smooth, if we needed anything I knew who to reach out to (even though we didn’t need anything) and it was in a great location. Would definitely rent again!
