Wonderful Getaway and Great Host!
5/5 We booked the Ark Bunkhouse for our anniversary and really enjoyed the experience. The bunkhouse is 10 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg, but feels very private. We enjoyed the balcony as well as the bench swing outside. We spent most of our time indoors in the upstairs part of the house, and the whole house was cozy and clean. (We did encounter some tiny bugs which came in from outside, but that's really unavoidable with a cabin in the Texas springtime). We also had the amazing experience of seeing some baby lambs being born during our stay, and got to chat with Mike and his son. Additionally, Mike had a bottle of wine inside when we checked in and even gave us some eggs before we left. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again. It was a perfect getaway!

5/5 We loved how quiet the area was. The cleanliness was amazing and the rental felt very “homey”. There are no complaints at all. We had such a wonderful time.

5/5 Beautiful property that is located right in the heart of Texas wine country and a short trip into Fredericksburg. Thoughtful touches of decor added to the overall ambiance.
