5/5 Everything was perfect! The location was really close to some good spots to eat. The neighborhood was quiet. The house had any and everything you could have wanted!! I WILL definitely rent this place again if I’m ever sent back to El Paso!!!

1/5 Host and guest services experience was terrible. The front door lock did not work. We were told on day 1 someone would come out to correct the issue. Needless to say they did not so each time we left the property we risk being locked out upon return and eventually the owner would open the garage for us to access the property.

3/5 The house was not as portrayed in the photos. Evidently it’s been a while since those were taken and the wear and tear of the usage is showing. We found a broken window in the bathroom, a yard with poor maintenance (overgrown grass and dog waste), cabinets with doors in need of repair, broken mirrors, shower door outside of the rail, and cockroaches. On top of it, the advertised use of the garage was very inconvenient as a garage door remote was not provided. A first the house looked and smelled very clean, but there were too many small issues that in total amount to a poorly maintained property. Would not recommend.
