CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The parking area is gated. Pull to left as close to keypad as able to enter code. The parking gate code is 3100. When exiting, the parking gate will open automatically. The code for the hallway pedestrian gate from the parking lot is #1713
- This unit is on the first level of the building closest to the parking entrance. Access to the door is from McKinney Avenue
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your reservation, then, press the middle padlock button
- To unlock, enter the code and then press the center button with the symbol of a padlock. You may need to gently pull the door while it unlocks
- To lock when exiting, press the center padlock button. Due to the door's insulation, you may need to gently pull on the door before pressing the center button
- Please refer to table tent on table in unit for additional property/unit info
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- The trash gate key lockbox combo code is 4222. Remove the key, unlock it, dump the trash in the dumpster in the back parking lot, and put the key back in the lockbox
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in the basket provided
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- To lock the door, press the lock button. Due to the door's insulation, you may need to gently pull on the door before pressing the lock button
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- To access the back pool area enter the pedestrian gate in the middle of the property in the hallway with mailboxes. The pedestrian gate code is #1713
- The pool hours are from 9:00 AM-10:00 PM
- Only tenants and guests are allowed to use the pool
- There is no lifeguard on duty so swim at your own risk
- No glass containers allowed
