Great location!
4/5 It was the perfect location for our weekend trip to Dallas. There was a local restaurant/bar next door and a Starbucks within walking distance (about 10 min away). The apartment itself is overseen by a property management company. Make sure to read their email before arriving as you have to request the keypad code to enter the apartment. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until an hour before we arrived, and I had to follow up a couple different ways before someone replied with the information. The amenities are rather basic and it was a little annoying that there wasn’t an iron/board or hair dryer as listed. Also, there wasn’t dish soap. I know that isn’t standard to a rental but it is nice to have. Overall, this apartment was convenient for a quick weekend trip and we were happy with our stay.

Hospital back up
3/5 I was convalescing & my wife found convenient for restaurants & CVS etc. Roku is not my favorite form of entertainment & found accessing current TV frustrating.
