  Unfortunately the place is extremely run down. Photos have been enhanced to make it look nicer than it is. Owner of rental was remotely changing the AC temp even though it wasn’t even super low. Messaged stating it can’t be below a certain temp and that it was listed in the house rules, but when I checked the house rules tab, there was no mention of controls of the AC at certain temps. The bedroom did not ever come close to as cool as the rest of the place. I understand that you are next to a beach and sand is a challenge but there were numerous spots of sand on the floor and furniture and even some in the blankets. The pool was over crowded by people not even living or staying here and they could not do anything about it. The parking lot had severe pot holes causing our SUV to bottom out.

  I will say the owner landlord did respond and communicate decently. I just did not like the changing of the AC temp.
