Ruined weekend getaway
3/5 The place was nice and clean. But the pool was not available to use,we had no power for 8hrs,then the power went off again at night. We ended up leaving that night because it was hot and we had children who were very uncomfortable . We paid alot of money for a nice weekend getaway and turned out to be a nightmare. I know the power outages were out of their control but our weekend was ruined.

Unfortunately, severe thunderstorms in the area caused both the loss of power and the need to close the pool for safety due to lightning. While these issues were outside of our control, we did issue a refund for the nights you didn’t stay. 4/5 Overall our stay was good. The condo was very beautifully decorated and very clean. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. It was just my husband and I that stayed here, but definitely room for a big family. It was a little awkward having only the master bedroom downstairs and everything else upstairs, but I can see if you have kids the set up is good so you can monitor the front door in the evening. The only complaint that i have is that the master bedroom did not have a closet to hang your clothes. You have to hang your nice clothes upstairs in the guest room.
