• Condo was nice… complex not so much

  I want to start by saying the condo is beautiful. The view is amazing, it’s clean and decorated very nice. I’ve stayed at this complex Many times over the past 5 years, as a matter of fact my husband lived here for over 6 months in 2020 while on a construction job and I visited every other weekend. The complex has gone down the drain. The security gates did not work, the pot holes in the parking lots are horrific, and to top it all off the elevator was broken in building 3. It would have been nice to at least receive a custody call to inform me that the elevator was broken, or maybe be told at check in, neither happened. Luckily for me and my husband, we were able to walk and carry all of our belongings up the 4 flights of stairs. Believe me, it was not pleasant and after 3 days we felt the extent of the “workout”. As much as we’ve enjoyed this complex over the years, this last trip will be our last staying there due to the shape of the grounds and the poor communication. Again, the condo itself is beautiful and it’s definitely some place I could see us staying in the 4 to 5 times a year we go to Corpus to visit our family. The overall trip just left me with an unfavorable opinion.

  - We regret that the elevator was out of service during your stay. Unfortunately, it was reported to us broken just minutes before your arrival, and our local contact wasn’t informed in time to notify you. The necessary part was ordered, and the elevator has since been repaired
  - The security gates have also been fixed after a new part was installed, addressing the issues you encountered
  - The complex has been undergoing renovations for the past year, with new construction and updates taking place. While the exterior may have an older look to match the oceanic theme, much of the infrastructure is new, and work is still ongoing in some areas
  
  We appreciate your understanding as the complex continues to improve, and we hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future!

  We had a wonderful time. The accommodations were amazing and the location was perfect. The kids enjoyed the view and the proximity to the beach.

• Enjoyed our stay

  The condo was wonderful only wish the bed was a little more comfortable other than that we loved our stay there the condo had everything we needed and the view was amazing also our host was very accommodating and was fast responding to any questions I had I would definitely recommend staying here

The bed has a luxury mattress topper to make it more comfortable. However, if it is too soft for some guests, they can remove it. We hope can host you again and feel free to remove it. • Corpus Christi fun!

  Our stay at this beach front Condo was fantastic! The condo was clean and nice. The ocean and beach view was perfect for our family. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves and watching the ocean. It was great to be able to get out in the water and beach just steps from the Condo. The Condo being on the third floor was great as we had no neighbors above us!. We enjoyed going to Port Aransas and riding the ferry, eating at Tortuga's and the beach and direct Gulf Ocean water. We drove down Mustang Island and Padre Island. The Condo is in a great location - just an hour from the USS Lexington (carrier museum) and the Texas State Aquarium. We also enjoyed a drive along Shoreline Drive/Ocean Drive and eating at Landry's Seafood in the Corpus Christi Marina. There is plenty of grocery stores / shopping available in Corpus Christi and a good selection of Gluten/Corn free items in restaurants in the area - a must for our family with food allergies. Having a washer drier in the Condo was great for our large family as we could wash clothes as needed. Overall, this was a great place to stay and a great "base of operations" for our family of 6. Highly recommended!

• When the Gulls cry

  What a beautiful view! My family and I stayed for Easter weekend and enjoyed ourselves very much. The morning seagull run is amazing and the kids loved how vocal and "friendly" they seemed. When the Gulls cry the kids would run to the balcony with huge smiles! Got a lovely sunrise and beach access is amazing. Thanks for having games for all ages!
