  This was one of our most enjoyable experiences. The house is large, roomy yet cozy. It may have very well been the cleanest rental in the history of all rentals. Our family didn't have any complaints, at all. Close to the beach - just a super short drive. The neighborhood was nicely kept and quiet. The pool was a bit smaller than we thought....but it was absolutely perfect. Having coffee in the mornings listening to the birds and the water fall was dreamy. Didn't want to leave.

  We had a wonderful stay at this home. The owner was very accommodating and helpful and very pleasant to work with. I fully recommend this home.

  Overall, this house doesn’t live up to the pictures. I understand that it is an old property, but it is less on the side of charming and more on the side of rundown. The family room and living room are great, but all other areas of the house are noticeably lower quality. The pool, which was the main reason we chose this property, is incredibly small and was not swimmable because it had so much debris and dirt in it. I emailed the property manager about how to get the pool heated and never heard back during our stay. As it turns out you need to go through a rundown shed that says keep door closed and find the heater among a bunch of other equipment.The neighbor is also not great. I know the owner replied that there are multimillion dollar homes, but a quick Zillow search would tell you that is not true. This property might be fine for adults only, but it was a disappointment for my family and we ended up cutting our stay short to find a pool we could actually swim in.

  - We have the pool professionally serviced once a week, but with recent high winds and storms in the area, it’s possible that debris blew in during your stay. We’re always happy to assist our guests and are just a quick call or text away.
  - Our home is located in the historic Del Mar neighborhood, just a few blocks from Ocean Drive, where property values range widely and include multi-million dollar homes.
