  Great location and great condo!! Very clean and centrally located. Had almost everything we needed. Was a little disappointed that there was no coffee or kleenex. Thankfully we had thought to bring our own. Other than that, it was perfect.

  My kids had never been to the beach. We tried to come to TX last year but.....covid. We booked for spring break 2021. A few days before our trip I got a call that the original room we booked had a water leak so they set us up in this room. It was perfect. Everything was exactly as they posted. It was nice and clean. Only couple things that were an issue was it took us until the last day to find the remote for the tv in the front room (its velcroed behind the tv fyi) and none of the washing machines were working. There was a lot of construction going on so our google maps wasnt much help but it was pretty easy to navigate. We will be visiting again!

  I hate to leave bad reviews but this was not at all what I expected from the photos. It was reasonably clean but strange odor when I walked in. Very run down facility altogether. Felt a bit unsafe due to surroundings. Balcony door not operating well. I was stuck on balcony shortly as door does not open and close properly. No lock on it. Great view for sure! I was just surprised at the cost due to condition. A little sketchy feeling

• Fit the bill

  My friend and I went to Corpus for a work conference and wanted to add a few days on the beach before work started. We got there a little early and our contact said an early check in was no problem. The check in process was easy and convenient.

  The building itself was somewhat run down and it appeared that renovations were going on because of lots of holes cut in the walls and exposed pipes, presumably from damage by the surprise winter storm. However, we didn't see anyone working the week we were there.

  Our unit was very clean and well decorated. Actually, super cute! All of the amenities listed were there, except for the beach chairs, which were ordered and delivered a few days later when we asked. Upon inspecting the unit, the patio door was not functioning. I tried to open it multiple times and it was stuck on the bottom and wouldn't slide. There was packing tape all along the left hand side to keep some sort of a seal, but the tape wasn't sticking and wind was coming in and was pretty loud. It was VERY windy during our trip. Our contact sent her maintenance man over the next morning and after his visit we were able to open the door, with a lot of force, but it didn't function properly during our visit and the noise from the wind and the tape was pretty annoying. We were thankful that he came so that we could use the patio somewhat, because the view was awesome!!!!!

  We had a difficult time with the living room TV, witch was just glitchy and would work sometimes and not others. The bedroom TV worked great. The mattress pad was a waterproof material and made sleeping a hot and cold dance and the hot water was only good for one shower. Other than those small issues, the stay was just fine.

  We appreciated the responsiveness of our contact, the cleanliness of our unit and the amazing view. We enjoyed our stay, overall, and feel like it is a budget friendly option for a week away.

  - Thank you for the compliments regarding the unit. I've worked hard to make sure it is clean and comfortable for guests.
  - I'm sorry the beach chairs were not there when you checked in; they went missing after a previous guest's stay. I appreciate you letting me know so I could replace them.
  - We ordered new sliding doors in December, but the delivery keeps getting pushed back due to Covid. We hope to have those delivered and installed soon. The door has been temporarily fixed for now.
  - The water heater is the biggest that will fit in the unit.
  - This is the first we've heard of any issue with the TV. It is only two years old, but we will monitor it to see if it needs to be repaired or replaced.
  - There is a waterproof, hypoallergenic mattress protector on the bed to guard against any spills, etc., from guests.
  I'm glad that you had a good time in Corpus Christi and hope you will visit again!
