Several things broken!
1/5 First, there were several things that did not work, parts of the house had no electricity to it. The bath tube was clogged with hair, and we had to plunge it and pull the hair out..:.GROSSS! The toilet was messing up when you would flush it, we fixed that too. The vent was filthy, loos as though it had never been cleaned. Second, the owner responded for the most part until we sent a message asking for some type of compensation for all the trouble we went through the first night. It wasn’t a bad house but, management definitely needs to do a better job of keeping up with the house.

Hi Whitney, The homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following:
- Before your arrival, our cleaners cleaned the bathtub drain. It was draining correctly, so we didn't need to call a plumber
- During our last owner visit, we discovered that our maintenance man had placed the wrong light bulb in the dining room light fixture, which we believe is what likely made the breaker pop. The cleaner informed us that the correct light bulbs were installed, which has remedied this situation
- We have addressed all of your mentioned issues with the ground staff, and our new manager has created a notebook for our home with cleaning checklists and a photo survey after each stay
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.Very nice home
