CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:

- The key is located inside a lockbox in the gold mailbox beside the front door. The code is 20#*
-  The key turns in the opposite direction when opening the door due to it being an older home
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Leave used beds unmade
- Place all used towels on the bathroom floor
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Ensure that the wooden doors to the screen porch are deadbolted and screen doors are left unlocked
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
