  The place is just what we were looking for! We had a larger group and there was so much room for everyone to stay so comfortably. The place definitely felt as if we never left home so I highly recommend if you’re looking for a piece of quiet this is your place!

• The perfect spot

  We stayed with our family and some neighbors to attend a wedding at the Weinberg.

  Besides being incredibly convenient, this place checked off all the other boxes we hope for in a vacation rental but are often disappointed with.

  1. Beautiful setting. this property is a little oasis, with long horn cattle grazing the fence line, baby deer day and night, amazing scenery out the large windows with the pond, trees, bridge and prairie.

  2. A large (actually enormous) common area with plenty of comfortable seating.

  3. A fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed and cups, plates and silver ware the kids weren't afraid to eat off of.

  4. Very comfortable beds with all the extra bedding option in extra pillows and blankets we could ever need.

  5. Plenty of soft, super think and fluffy towels in the bathrooms.

  6. And lastly a super responsive host who answered all of our questions even the silly ones. (Should probably have read the nice book you had out closer) A special thanks again to Susan who saved the day when the mother of the bride lost a contact lens the night before the wedding and had forgotten to bring spares from Indiana. Susan helped us find a willing optometrist when Target Optical let us down.

  Overall, you can't go wrong and should not be disappointed with this one. And if you are attending an event at the Amazing Weinberg facility this could not possibly be more convenient.

• Perfect Location!

  This property was the perfect location for my family to stay for our daughter's wedding at the Weinberg at Wixon Valley adjacent to NiNi's Love Cottage. My family had plenty of room to relax in this beautiful home as we prepared for our daughter's big day.

  It was so convenient for our elderly parents to have a place to stay close to the wedding venue. They enjoyed visiting on the deck, which looks out onto a spectacular pond.

  Our host, Susan, was very accommodating and quick to respond to any question I had. I highly recommend this property to anyone attending an event at the Weinberg or looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay in the Bryan/College Station Area.

  Second visit to this enjoyable property. We love the location near College Station yet being in the country…very private…..lovely home. Owners outstanding to work with. Thank you!
