Avoid this rental!
1/5 Our experience seems to indicate that we found the lemon rental. Though VRBO has had wonderful customer service is resolving the problem, it was very clear that the property owner and rental manager did not provide us a rentable house (construction in the back and not cleaned from the prior party renters).

-While there is no construction on the property, the area in question is not designated for guest use. It is part of the outdoor space where winter landscaping is underway. We can confirm there is no equipment or materials present, and no construction is taking place.
-Our housekeeping team responded promptly to your concerns, but by the time they arrived, the guest had already departed, preventing in-person resolution. We regret any inconvenience caused and want to assure you that guest satisfaction is our top priority.

2/5 The house was bet big but it felt like it was incomplete. The microwave didn’t work throughout our stay which was stressful for a party of 15 people.
The only thing i appreciated about the save was how big it was.
