Great layout for a group of friends!
5/5 This was a great property for a group of friends. With 4 guests total, we each had our own room. The house still would have been very comfortable for 8 guests. The downstairs would be great for entertaining.

Family wedding with multiple events
5/5 Great location with privacy and excellent indoor and outdoor space. Had a little difficulty gwtting into the unit, but a quick response from the management team solved the issue. Will definitely consider this rental for our future visits to the area. Excellent and well-equipped chef's kitchen. Although there are many great restaurants in Austin, there are also excellent food shopping resources for those who enjoy cooking. the area. Best equppi

Excellent home in great location
5/5 Beautiful, spacious and well designed in a great location. Large private back yard and wonderful chef's kitchen.
Family Girls trip!
4/5 The property is nice but needs some TLC. The toilet seat was broken in the downstairs bathroom, some outlets did not work and there was a huge crack in the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom. Finally, communication with the property manager was not good. I had emailed several times about early check-in and WiFi and I did not hear back.

- We appreciate you bringing the maintenance items to our attention. The ceiling crack in the downstairs bathroom was the result of damage from a prior guest on the day of your arrival, and we’ve since submitted a repair request to the onsite manager.
- The broken toilet seat and outlets have also been reported for immediate attention.
- We regret that the communication didn’t meet expectations. Hilda is typically very responsive, but we understand how frustrating it is when replies are delayed. In this case, early check-in wasn’t available due to a same-day guest departure, which can limit flexibility.

5/5 This house was PERFECT for a weekend away with friends. We shared the space with three other couples. Everyone raved about the beds - SUPER comfortable. The couch and living space were also 10/10. There wasn't anything we felt was missing or hadn't been thought about. Easy walk to SoCo area and cheap Ubers to all other areas. Would definitely recommend.
