Great rental house
5/5 My wife and I enjoyed staying at the house on palace. The house is in a great neighborhood. We felt safe in the area. The house was in a great location for food and activities. The properties interior is clean, comfortable, and inviting with everything you. Red to enjoy a vacation. Thank you.

Electrical issues
4/5 When we arrived at the property, we were very impressed. Had everything that we needed except the next morning when we went to blow dry our hair the outlets in both bathrooms did not work contacted property manager. They said they would send somebody out to flip the breakers which we were more than capable of doing, still no electricity in both bathrooms outlets. They did say they were going to call an electrician so hopefully they have done that before the next guests.

Wonderful gathering place
5/5 We went to Austin for the solar eclipse. My husband and I were looking for a clean, quiet place to share with my sister and BIL.
We liked the layout of the house, which allowed each couple some privacy, but with access to all the gathering/cooking spaces. We really appreciated the separate office space, which several of us made use of.
We loved the neighborhood! Walkable, quiet streets were great, and the city park about 10 minutes’ walk away was so inviting!
Luckily, we left our dog at home because the fence in the back yard has a basketball-sized hole in it. The small back yard is less friendly that it could have been, due to a lack of chairs. We had folding chairs with us, though, so it wasn’t too much of a problem. No grill was an issue, which we remedied by purchasing a small grill we left at the house.
My sister and I love to cook and we made some great dinners there. We hope the owners will add a toaster to the kitchen equipment, though.
