CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Please text the Guest Contact when you check in and check out
- Please contact the host if you need to arrange an earlier check in
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 0518
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Please contact the host if you need to arrange a later check out
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the house by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Collect the trash around the property and take it out to the correct bin (regular trash, compost, and recycling)
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- For your safety and privacy please log off from ALL apps you have logged in on the TV
-  If you moved any furniture, please move it back to its original location
- Additional fees will be imposed if the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
- Double check to ensure you have all your belongs. However if you do realize you have left something of value behind, please contact us ASAP. We are not responsible for any items left behind and there is no guarantee we can find it or get it back to you. However if it is possible, we will ask you to provide a pre-paid/pre addressed USPS. Label and a pre- payment of $50 handling fee, plus any other costs involved in getting the item back to you.

- Trash collection is Friday morning trash, compost, and recycling. Kindly bring the bins to the curb Thursday evening and bring them back Friday after the collection service is completed
