CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Check-ins will only be accommodated from 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Check-ins are not allowed after 9:00 PM
- At least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date, please reach out to the Guest Contact (Wendy) to obtain information regarding check in
- Wendy, the owner, is doing "Contactless Phone Check In." She will be on the phone giving you step-by-step instructions (including providing the door code) until you are settled inside your place
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the apartment by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash (place the trash in the bear-proof dumpster, remember to secure when done) We are sharing with Little River Pub on property. It is located to the right side of L.R.P. if you are facing the building. This is the solution TWRA Authorities came up with to help with bear disturbances
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the apartment is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 21 years old to book
- No open flames or fires in the fireplace
- Lets all do our part to protect the bear population. Do NOT leave food or trash in your vehicle because they CAN open your door! They will destroy the inside of your vehicle, for which your insurance will be responsible
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
