4/5 Nice location. Loved the river. The stairs to the 3rd floor were a bit much for 2 older people 60 ish. Flimsy mattress in our opinion on the queen sized bed.3 nights and our backs were broke. Check in was nice and check out easy all over the phone.Shared space with several other quest including our deck. They were out most of the time which left us in as it was a small soace. Need new outdoor furniture we did not even sit down looked dirty.Overall ok. Good for the price. Just nothing to write home about

Long Weekend
4/5 Charming, super clean, well appointed, a modern updated bathroom, and QUIET refrigerator. Comfortable overall. Some traffic noise, but the sound of the running creek in back made up for it! Nice sitting porch with chairs. Owner Wendy was very hospitable.

5/5 This little hidden gem was the highlight of our stay in Tennessee for a loved one’s funeral. We were on the third floor , clean , trendy and the views are amazing pictures will not do it justice. I want to plan another trip to Tennessee just to stay there again. The grounds were lit up at night with a campfire - check in and out was contactless and seamless. There is a family restaurant downstairs which was super convenient being we got there at 8pm after a 9 hour drive. My family that visited us LOVED the patch too. It’s even convenient in bad weather with its location ! Would recommend over and over . 10 stars
