• No AC and poorly equipped game room

  I don’t think this place has been renting for very long and the owners have room for improvement. The ease of getting into the place was great. The layout was good. The game room sounded appealing however the ping pong table only had two paddles and one of them did not have a handle. The pool table was unlevel and only had one very old and worn pool stick. The air hockey had a puck that wasn’t made for the table it was too small and lightweight so it wouldn’t stay on the table. The foozeball game handles kept flying off when attempting to play. The major issue was that the thermostat was set to either 71 or 73 upon arrival but the actual temp was reading 89. We turned the thermostat down to 68 and left for hours only to return to a temp of 85. At this point it was cooler outside at 81 degrees than it was inside and we could not stay. We were forced to find other accommodations. The owner never communicated or replied back to our messages but did send the guest contact that same night to look at the air conditioner. Unfortunately it was unable to be fixed that night. We then had to spend a lot of time making multiple calls to evolve and then Vrbo in order to get our money back. Big disappointment. Lots of work to be done before this place is ready for guests.
