CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please follow these instructions to turn on the water heater. When you arrive at the property, locate the water meter next to the driveway. A metal tool can be found next to the porch, near the water faucet. Take this tool to the water meter and turn the red knob inside the meter a half turn. After you’ve turned on the water, please return the tool to its place next to the faucet. Once inside, you’ll find the water heater in the bathroom near the shower. To turn on hot water, flip the switch located on top of the water heater.
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
