PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 3050 Meadow View Rd, Sevierville, TN 37862
- The name of the property is 'Tranquil Timbers'
- The cabin is located in the Shagbark Estates and Resort in Bluff Mountain on the Wears Valley side
- From Wears Valley Road, turn right onto Walden’s Creek Road
- In 3 miles, turn left onto North Clear Fork Road (you will see the Shagbark sign at the turn). Proceed about 1.2 miles to the Shagbark guard gate
- The guard will ask for your name on the reservation, confirm your visit details, and provide you with a car pass and a copy of the map of Shagbark
- There are two ways to get to the cabin. The easiest, but longer, route is to turn right on Sunset Drive at the guard shack and head up the hill. Stay to the left at the Y to stay on Sunset Road. Turn right onto Meadow View Road and stay on Meadow View until you see a green sign with 3050 on it. Turn right onto the driveway. The driveway has an intentional rough patch of concrete poured to assist entrance in inclement weather
- The fastest way to the cabin is to stay on North Clear Fork Road for 0.7 miles. Do a three-point turn onto Meadow View Road or go past Meadow View and turn around in 0.2 miles to drive straight onto Meadow View Road. Make a sharp left turn to pull into the driveway

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- As soon as possible before your scheduled arrival date, please reach out to Guest Contact with the email and cell phone number of each driver, along with the make, model, and license plate number of each vehicle. Then, they will email you the required parking passes
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 5156
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
