Perfect
5/5 We had ages 1 to 65 and everyone had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and well stocked. The hot tub and back yard were awesome and the neighborhood felt very safe. We rented a pontoon from H2O sports and had a blast. I highly recommend them. And I highly recommend this lake house.

A Perfect Stay
5/5 We booked this place not knowing if it would be a good place for us because sometimes pictures can be very out of date. In this case, our expectations were exceeded by the very pleasant experience we had in this nice, tranquil neighbourhood. We needed a place to accommodate a family of 7 and the grandparents (my wife and I). The place was immaculate and well appointed for our needs. Originally we thought we would go out to eat more, not knowing the proximity of restaurants in the area, but when we saw that everything was available for self catering, we did one major grocery shop and had all our meals in. Our grandkids enjoyed the arcade in their room and the yard was very spacious for outdoor games. We took out the pedal boat for a small cruise in the lake but unfortunately the water level was too low to have a repeat experience. :) The hot tub was well used each night and it was not difficult to accept and comply with the house guidelines. We would highly recommend this place for any group of this size. Thanks so much Sugar Bear owners!

We saved hundreds of $$ by having Instacart drop off groceries and use the kitchens full potential.the kitchen has every dish and utensil you can think of. Host communicated well. Everything was spelled out perfectly. We loved that the home is located close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but not in the center of the craziness.Book it and you won’t regret it!
